Only one piece of material can be bent at a time, not many pieces at the same time. Check the oil level of oil tank, start the oil pump and check whether the hydraulic pipe and oil pump are abnormal

10. Bending plate should be placed in the middle of the mold, the machine should not be one-sided load, so as not to affect the workpiece and the accuracy of the machine, such as some of the workpiece really need to work unilaterally, the load must not be more than 250KN, and must bend both sides at the same time

11. Check the oil level of oil tank and start the oil pump to check whether the hydraulic pipeline and oil pump are abnormal

12. Shut down immediately in case of any abnormality, check the cause and eliminate it in time

1. Please read the instructions carefully before installing and using the lunch box machine. Special attention should be paid to safety measures, electrical installation and hydraulic adjustment in the instructions. As there may be water accumulation in the pipeline, anti-freezing measures should be taken when the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C to prevent the pipeline from blocking and ensure the safe operation of the machine
