1. Paper feeder

* Make sure there is always a belt under the paper knife. The gap between the paper retaining knife and the belt is precisely adjusted with a small hand wheel. The height of the gap corresponds to the thickness of the cardboard.

* The takeoff and landing combination device is located on the square shaft of the cyclic takeoff and landing motion of the CAM. The device shall be placed at all times close to the left and right sides of the paper retainer. The take-off and landing range is 3mm from the top edge of the belt and usually moves +/-1.5mm, which can be adjusted with eccentric block. The take-off and landing displacement can be prevented by a movable bar at the top of the eccentric block to shut down the feeding device

* Different CAM sets in different working areas correspond to different paper lengths. Through the CAM set to drive the lifting or lowering of the landing device to determine that only one cardboard pile at a time into the molding machine. The correct cycle should be adjusted to the point where the stack is lifted again just before the board passes through the reaper knife.

2. Transmission mechanism

* The transfer roller transfers the paperboard from the feed unit to the transfer chain. It is necessary to adjust the conveying roller to avoid pushing on one side of the cardboard. The transfer chain is composed of 5 guide paper blocks, and the irregular transfer chain of cardboard shape can be made up.

* There is about 1-2mm distance between the lateral seeker and the board in the chain area. The upper and lower seeker can be used more or less according to the demand. When the board is stuck, all upper guiders may be raised together by lifting the seeker frame.

* Usually the belt conveyor is assembled in the center of the machine, and the upper belt must be set far enough away so that the cardboard folding is not impeded. For double cavity shaped cartons, transfer position should be adjusted so that the belt does not press on the gluing area.

3. Gluing mechanism

* Gluing assembly is composed of gluing wheel disc, gluing roller wheel and glue box. The glue block is made of 10mm thick sponge rubber, which is cut into the required size and pressed with double-sided tape on one side. Place the surface without tape facing the cardboard to be glued, slowly turn the machine until the glue block adheres to the rubber wheel disc, press it by hand and determine the correct position corresponding to the cardboard. When the glue area is large, the two cots can be combined to form a double working width.

* The sequential operation of the paperboard is monitored by the photoelectric switch. When the machine is blocked, the gluing mechanism will automatically rise and leave the gluing man to work, while the gluing roller will continue to operate.

4. Stack mechanism

* The guide rod in the stack tower can be pre-adjusted to the end point, and the machine can be rotated by hand wheel until the mold reaches the highest position. A flow distance of about 5mm between the guide rod and the mold is spread out in a taper to the top. Two guide poles should be placed at each corner. For large cartons, the long side should be supported by an extended seeker.

* Fine adjustment of the guide bar shall be made after the operation process can be controlled and other adjustments are completed.

* Glue position foldgers are fixed to the frame and can be inserted from above or from the side. The folders must be able to hold the gluing part as long as possible and be adjusted with the guide rod of the stack tower.
